Huskies blow out Louisa-Muscatine in season-opener
The Highland softball team opened its season with a 17-1 win at Louisa-Muscatine on Monday night.
Freshman Cheyann Adamson went 2-for-3 with a triple and five RBIs to lead the Huskies, and sophomore Morgan Craig was 3-for-4 with three RBIs. Sophomore Katie Springer allowed one run on just one hit while striking out nine Louisa-Muscatine batters.
