IDE Gymnastics competes in Ottumwa
Gymnastics group picks up 31 first-place finishes

OTTUMWA — IDE Gymnastics performed in the Calling All Super Heroes AAU Trampoline and Tumbling competition on Feb. 25, 2023 in Ottumwa, Iowa.
The gymnastics troupe had 36 athletes competing in the event and returned with 31 first place finishers.
Riley Lathrop received 1st place in all four events, which includes trampoline, double mini trampoline, single mini trampoline and power tumbling.
Ashlynn Adrian and Elisha Vander Linden followed with three 1st place finishes in trampoline, double mini trampoline and power tumbling.
Kayona Krochak and Jacob Wallace both had 1st places in trampoline and double mini trampoline. Renleigh Forrett had 1st places in trampoline and power tumbling. Avery Ledger ended with 1st places in trampoline and single mini trampoline. Dawson Wiggins took 1st as well in double mini trampoline and single mini trampoline.
Those that picked up 1st place in trampoline alone are: Eli Benson, Randi Ellis, Audrey Robinson, Nadia Royer, and Skylar Smith. Those that had a 1st place in single mini trampoline are: Brooklyn Ledger, Madilyn McCarty and Bristol Sobaski. Those that finished 1st in tumbling are: Kamryn Tharp and Reagan Wise and finally in Double Mini Trampoline is Kaylee Wright.
Skylar Smith and Riley Lathrop received 2nd places in synchronization trampoline.
Other 2nd places include: Kinley Adam and Charley Metcalf in trampoline and double mini trampoline. Addison Flores in power tumbling and Kaitlyn Jensen in trampoline. Brayden Peck followed with 2nd in trampoline and single mini trampoline. Brielynn Tucker was a 2nd place winner in single mini trampoline and Madilynn Wallace took 2nd in Power tumbling and single mini trampoline.
Kiley Metcalf and Aurora Rodriguez both had 3rd place finishes in trampoline. Lakelea Evans took 3rd in power tumbling and Adalyn Williams finished 3rd in single mini trampoline.

Eliana Ferdig and Leah Lathrop both had a 4th overall finish in double mini trampoline.
Harper Clubb finished 5th in the trio of trampoline, double mini trampoline and single mini trampoline and Myka Wallace followed with 5th in trampoline.
Vada Curran took 7th in three separate events, that being trampoline, power tumbling and single mini trampoline. Elivia Ferdig was a 7th place finisher as well in single mini trampoline.
In the meet there were two perfect 10 scores as well, as both Dawson Wiggins and Bristol Sobaski posted them.
IDE Gymnastics will return to action in April for AAU State.
