Ide Gymnastics honors veterans
Fairfield gymnastics crew host “Proud to Be an American” meet

FAIRFIELD — Ide Gymnastics was back in action on November 12, with its own “Proud to Be an American” AAU Trampoline and Tumbling meet. The meet marked the first of the season.
The Fairfield gymnastics group held the competition at Cardinal High School to honor veterans.
Ide Gymnastics took 32 athletes to the meet and walked away with 32 first-place finishes throughout the three events trampoline, double mini trampoline and single mini trampoline.
The group had three athletes end with “hat tricks” as well. Ashlynn Adrian, Brooklyn Ledger and Bristol Sobaski all placed first in all three events.
Riley Lathrop, Skylar Smith, Eisha Vander Linden, Jacob Wallace, Randi Ellis and Renleigh Forrett all placed first as well in trampoline and double mini trampoline. Brayden Peck and Reagan Wise took the top spot in double mini trampoline and single mini trampoline.
Kamryn Tharp was also a first-place finisher in trampoline and single mini trampoline. The final first-place finishers were Eliana Ferdig and Kayona Krochak in trampoline and Kinley Adam, Madilynn Wallace and Annalee Warth in single mini trampoline.
Finishing second for Ide Gymnastics in all three events was Dawson Wiggins. Ashley Lyons and Audrey Robinson were both second-place finishers in trampoline and double mini trampoline. Katelyn Brecount, Joud Khadairat and Madilyn McCarty all finished second in trampoline.
Avery Ledger and Nadia Royer were runners up as well, Ledger in double mini trampoline and Royer in single mini trampoline.
In third-place was Harper Clubb in double mini and single mini trampoline. Kiley Metcalf and Kaylee Wright finished third in trampoline and double mini trampoline. Myka Wallace and Vada Curran were third in single mini trampoline.
Charley Metcalf finished fourth in trampoline and Adalyn Williams took fifth in single mini trampoline.
