IMS runners record season-best times at Bud Williams Invitational

Several IMS runners clocked season- or personal-best times at Thursday?s Bud Williams Invitational at the University of Iowa?s Ashton Cross-Country Course.

Senior Cody Miller led the IMS boys, which placed sixth at the meet with 145 points. Miller came in 22

with a personal-best time of 17:52, and it was the first time he had recorded a time under 18 minutes on a 5-kilometer course. Sophomore Kirby Shetler finished 34

in 18:37, and sophomore Jacob Valov was 48
