IMS seniors to play in All-Star game
Both Iowa Mennonite basketball teams will be represented in the Southeast Iowa All-Star game on Saturday, March 28.
The game is for graduating seniors in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference, as well as players from Burlington, Fairfield and Mt. Pleasant.
On the girls? side, seniors Riley Schmieder and Hannah Miller were selected to represent the school on the All-Star team.

Both Iowa Mennonite basketball teams will be represented in the Southeast Iowa All-Star game on Saturday, March 28.
The game is for graduating seniors in the Southeast Iowa Super Conference, as well as players from Burlington, Fairfield and Mt. Pleasant.
On the girls? side, seniors Riley Schmieder and Hannah Miller were selected to represent the school on the All-Star team.
Schmieder averaged a team-high 13 points per game for IMS, while leading the team in assists, steals and rebounds.
Miller averaged 8.7 points per game for IMS and did most of her damage from behind the 3-point line, averaging 2.1 3-pointers per game.
The IMS girls finished the season with a 5-18 record, winning their first playoff game against Keota, before falling to WACO.
For the boys, three players were named to the All-Star team from IMS, in seniors Payton Miller, Danny Lam and Kirby Shetler.
Miller averaged 10.7 points per game for IMS, while leading the team with 7.9 rebounds per game.
Lam averaged 6.4 points and 3.7 rebounds per game in his senior year for IMS, while Shetler averaged 4.8 points, 2 rebounds and finished second on the team in both assists (55) and steals (32).
The IMS boys finished the season with a 14-9 record, falling in their second playoff game to Montezuma.
