Iowa Wesleyan student athletes named academic all-MCC

The Midwest Collegiate Conference has announced its academic all-conference honors for the 2011-12 year.

A total of 890 student-athletes were honored on MCC all-academic teams in 15 sports, including a number of student-athletes participating in and receiving academic honors in multiple sports.

Students on the team were nominated by their individual institutions and must have completed at least two consecutive terms at their current institution and have at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average.
