JV bowlers defeat Washington, prepare for Fairfield
Both the boys? and girls? JV bowling teams picked up wins against Washington on Saturday, and are now preparing to host Fairfield this weekend.
The girls? team scored 1,820 to the Demons? 1,545.
Chelsea Sammons led the Panthers with a total of 331 (169, 162). She was followed by Tasha Henderson, 241; Haley Loving, 221; Kelsey Luko, 202; and Courtney Shull, 194.
The girls are 6-0 on the season.

The boys? JV team upped its record to 4-3 with the win over Washington.
The Panthers scored 1,601, while the Demons managed only a team total of 953.
Leading the way for Mt. Pleasant was Trace Boyles with a total of 302 (168, 134). He was followed by Zach Wolf, 267; Donnie Johnson, 235; and Chase Lerdal, 208.
Both JV and varsity teams will compete in the meet against Fairfield, which begins at noon on Saturday.
