JV girls clutch for win No. 7
The Fairfield JV girls? basketball team evened its record to 7-7 with a come-from-behind 51-48 victory over Burlington Notre Dame Tuesday.
Fairfield?s Karley Williams, who finished with nine points and four rebounds, blocked a 3-point shot as time expired to hold on to the road win. The Trojans trailed by double digits early in the game.

The Fairfield JV girls? basketball team evened its record to 7-7 with a come-from-behind 51-48 victory over Burlington Notre Dame Tuesday.

Also for Fairfield, freshmen Mackenzie Flattery scored a game-high 15 points, Taylor Ferrel contributed eight points and Molly Ryan netted seven.
Delaney Neil scored six, Seaira Drish came through with five points and Madison Roberts had a team-leading five rebounds to go with a pair of points.
?A very good effort by the kids, and a good win for our JV team handing Notre Dame?s JV only its second loss of the season,? said varsity coach Mick Flattery.
The Trojans are back in action Thursday at home vs. Iowa City Regina.
