Keota falls to ninth-ranked North Mahaska
Keota saw its five-game winning streak come to an end with a 31-24 loss to ninth-ranked North Mahaska on Friday night.
The Eagles (6-5, 5-5 South Iowa Cedar League) held the Warhawks to just 31 points on 33 percent shooting, but were unable to score enough points to pull off the upset. Keota shot just 19 percent from the field, including 3-for-19 from 3-point range, in the contest.

Junior Kelsi Sieren scored nine points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Eagles.
Senior Mallory Boyle had 12 points, six rebounds and four assists to lead North Mahaska (11-0, 11-0 SICL), and sophomore Julia Groenenboom added 11 points.
