Keota gets revenge on Montezuma
Keota went on the road on Monday night and avenged a loss from earlier this season, defeating Montezuma three sets to one in a South Iowa Cedar League match.
After losing the opening set 25-14, the Eagles won the next three sets by scores of 25-14, 25-17 and 25-13 to get the victory. Montezuma had swept Keota in the Eagles? season-opener at their home tournament on Aug. 20.

Junior Kelsi Sieren spiked down 15 kills to lead the Eagles (10-10, 4-5 SICL), and sophomore Madison Sheetz added 13. Senior Jade Redlinger dished out 26 assists in the match. Sheetz served five aces, while Redlinger and sophomore Brooke Sieren added four apiece. Senior Lexi Sieren had 11 digs.
