Lady Panthers deliver carols and cookies to Deerview

The Pekin girls' basketball team spent Dec. 16 at Deerview Manor and the nursing home as part of their pride project in conjunction with their Pride Game against Fairfield. The Lady panthers delivered fruit and cookies and the afternoon was spent singing Christmas carols and visiting with the residents.
'It was a worthwhile experience for all the girls and it brought much joy to all the residents,” said head coach Davis Eidahl.
Coach Eidahl and coach Alissa Kitzman accompanied the team.
