Latest volleyball rankings released

The latest volleyball rankings were released Thursday by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union for all five classes.

There was little movement in the rankings as just one team dropped out of the Top 15 in four of the five classes. Class 1A had two teams fall out.

Southeast Conference member Fort Madison was the one team to drop out of Class 4A.

South Iowa Cedar League member Montezuma remained seventh in 1A.

Southeast Iowa Super Conference members Holy Trinity, New London and Van Buren all remained in the rankings.

River Valley Conference members West Liberty and Wilton remained in the Top 15 while Durant entered the rankings at No. 10.
