Leyden is meet medalist

KALONA - Iowa Mennonite School lost to mediapolis in boys golf Monday at Kaslona Golf Club.
Mediapolis posted a team score of 201 while IMS had a 207.
IMS had the low score of the meet with Trevor Leyden's 45. Leyden birdied the par-4 third hole and parred the par-3 eighth as well as the par-4 fifth.
IMS' London Schrock tied Tyler Samuel of Mediapolis for meet runner-up as both carded a 48 on the par-36 course. schrock had two pars.
Other IMS scores were Noah Miller's 55 and Cole Roth's 59.
Kennedy Roth carded a 64 for the IMS girls.
