Local bowlers roll at state
CEDAR RAPIDS ? Four Fairfield adults participated in Special Olympics Iowa?s State Bowling Tournament on Saturday at the Westdale Bowling Center in Cedar Rapids.
Macayla Coffin won a gold medal to lead the group. Sarah Coleman, Stanley Mason and Mark Miller all received fourth-place ribbons at the tournament.
Brian Simmons coached the bowlers, with assistance from Lorraine and Ryan Hill.
