Mid-Prairie edges Highland to win home meet
The Mid-Prairie boys? cross-country team edged Highland by six points to win its home Golden Hawk Invitational on Tuesday at the Wellman Golf Course.
The Golden Hawks totaled 42 points to finish just ahead of the Huskies, who are ranked 11th in Class 1A.

Senior Jake O?Donnell took second place in 18:08 to lead Mid-Prairie. O?Donnell finished less than four seconds behind Wilton?s Adam McNamara, who won the boys? race. Sophomore Jared Draper took fifth place in 18:16. Juniors Ty Feigenspan and Evan Wild came in 11
