Mid-Prairie pulled away in the second half of Friday?s Cedar Valley Conference game at Tipton for a 47-32 victory.
The Golden Hawks and Tigers were tied at 21 at halftime, but Mid-Prairie out-scored Tipton 26-11 over the final two quarters.

The Golden Hawks and Tigers were tied at 21 at halftime, but Mid-Prairie out-scored Tipton 26-11 over the final two quarters.
Junior Dayton Hall scored a game-high 12 points to lead the Golden Hawks (7-7, 4-6 CVC), and he also had six assists and three steals. Seniors Ryan Hoffman and Elliot Runciman added eight points apiece.
Freshman Matt Pelzer came off the bench to score 10 points to lead the Tigers (0-13, 0-10 CVC).
