Mid-Prairie up to No. 5
Golden Hawks move up in Class 2A football poll, Pekin just outside of A rankings

A big win for the Mid-Prairie football team on Friday has the Golden Hawks up two spots in the Class 2A poll.
Mid-Prairie is now No. 5 in the class after a major district win over Wilton. The Golden Hawks are 3-1, with their only loss coming to a now-ranked Alburnett squad.
Mid-Prairie is the only ranked Union area team, but Pekin is just one spot off in the class A poll.
