Mike Jay to call Denny White Relays
Mike Jay will once again call the Denny White Relays in Mt. Pleasant tomorrow afternoon.

Mike Jay will once again call the Denny White Relays in Mt. Pleasant tomorrow afternoon.
?We are excited to have Mike (Jay) coming to the meet; he is a real fan of high school track and field, (and) he has the ability to put added excitement into the races,? said Dnny White, former Mt. Pleasant coach.
Jay is also the announcer for the Drake Relays, U.S. Olympic trials, NCAA track and field championships, Iowa high school state track and field meet and University of Iowa track and field meets, among others.
The Mt. Pleasant meet is named for White, who served as a high school track and field coach for 40 years, 38 of which were in the Mt. Pleasant program.
