Abbie Miller posted a double-double for Highland High School's girls basketball team Thursday, but the Huskies lost.
BGM 42, Keota 32
The visitors led 11-9 after one quarter, but trailed 22-13 by halftime in the loss.
Keota is 6-12 overall, 4-7 in the SICL and plays at Tri-County Tuesday.
Danville 56, Highland 33
The visitors lost the Southeast Iowa Super Conference non-divisional game Thursday.
Highland trailed 13-0 after the first quarter.
Aly Stokes had 14 points and nine rebounds. Abbie Miller grabbed 14 boards and sank 10 points.
Highland is 12-5 and plays at Winfield-Mt. Union Tuesday.
Winfield-Mt. Union 57, Columbus 26
The Wildcats lost a North game at home Friday.
Jobie Lekwa had seven points and Columbus teammate Olivia Carrier had four and six rebounds. Michelle Diaz scored six points.
Columbus plays at Washington Tuesday.
