MP boys win scrimmage

The Mt. Pleasant boys' soccer team won their scrimmage game against Oskaloosa on Tuesday night, taking the game 3-0.
The Panther win came ahead of a busy weekend, where the boys will begin the 2019 regular season at the Baxter Sports Complex in Ft. Madison.
Other teams competing in the tournament this weekend will be Central Lee, Danville, Davenport North, Ft. Madison, Holy Trinity, Keokuk and Notre Dame. The tournament will run on Saturday, March 30, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
