MP JV tops Demons
The Mt. Pleasant JV volleyball team defeated Washington in three sets on Tuesday. The Panthers lost the opening game, 25-22, but came back to win the next two by scores of 25-14 and 15-10.
Hattie Liechty had a team-high 19 digs, while Danielle Coffin and Evie Kunch had five each.
Liechty, Brooke Vanderham, Julie Lasswell, Jade Kennedy and Asiah Zaragoza had two kills each. Jena Stukerjurgen had two assists.
