MP wrestlers hit the mats
Wrestling practice started this week at Mt. Pleasant Community High School, and the team is getting adjusted for the upcoming season.

According to Blint, the team is focusing on the basics for their early practices.
Yesterday, they worked on a number of drills, including take down and escape drills.
?We?re just finding out where everyone is, freshmen through seniors,? Blint said. ?We?re trying to get the freshmen blended in with the rest of the team.?
The JV and varsity teams will have their first competition on Dec. 1 at Columbus Junction.
