MP XC boys run in time trial
The Mt. Pleasant Community High School boys? cross-country team ran in a time trial to determine who would take the seven varsity spots for the team?s first meet of the season.
It was the seniors who dominated the trial, taking the top five places, while sophomores filled in the bottom of the lineup.

The Mt. Pleasant Community High School boys? cross-country team ran in a time trial to determine who would take the seven varsity spots for the team?s first meet of the season.
It was the seniors who dominated the trial, taking the top five places, while sophomores filled in the bottom of the lineup.
Senior Logan Mulford, who has been on the track and field team but is running cross-country for the first time this year, came in with the top time, finishing the 5K in 19:57.
He was followed by seniors Drew Perry, 20:14; Tommy Thorne, 20:34; Derek Holtkamp, 20:44; and Brach Prough, 20:47; while sophomores Kolby Raymond, 20:57, and Henry Pham, 21:11, took the final two spots.
The seven runners above will represent Mt. Pleasant at Williamsburg on Tuesday.
