DONNELLSON -- After an overtime win in Washington on Friday night, the Mt. Pleasant boys took their talents to Central Lee High School for a nonconference battle with the Hawks. The Panthers blew out Central Lee 69-41.
The Panthers dominated the whole way. Mt. Pleasant led 25-10 after one quarter, 43-21 at halftime and 65-27 after three.
Tucker Johnson led the way with 14 points, including three makes from three-point land. Brody Bender, Rhett Zeglen and Jaxon Hoyle each had 10. Bender also led the team in rebounds, with five.
Sam Beatty scored nine points in the win. Keegan Kohorst had five ponits and five rebounds. Clayton Lowery and Konnor Peterson put in four points apiece. Tyler Craig scored two, and Rylan Seberg finished with one.
