Mt. Pleasant cross-country camp
There will be a cross-country camp for seventh and eighth grade girls on Aug. 1-3 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at East Lake Park.
The camp will prepare athletes for the upcoming season by giving them information on running, warm up and cool down routines, as well as form and sample workouts.
Runners should meet at the Bill Hayward Shelter for the camp.
They should wear running shoes and bring water.
