The Mt. Pleasant eighth grade boys' track team nearly swept the 18 total events at the Keokuk meet on Saturday, April 17, as the team won ten events.

The team won the 4x800 meter relay (H. Pham, C. Franklin, C. Watson, K. Raymond), 4x400 meter relay (T. Ruby, H. Pham, J. Beelman, T. Christoforo), seven flight hurdle relay (Z. Gwamna, R. Pohren, C. Phillips, S. White), 1,600 meter medley relay (G. Blancas, H. Pham, T. Christoforo, D. Zilliox), 400 meter dash (I. Franzen), 800 meter relay (Z. Gwamna, C. Watson, J. Beelman, B. Camby), 10 flight hurdles (C. Phillips), 800 meter run (K. Raymond), discus (B. Camby) and shot put (B. Camby).
The Panthers run again on Tuesday, April 26, at the Fort Madison Invitational, starting at 4:30 p.m.
