Mt. Pleasant girls golf takes 3rd at home tournament
MT. PLEASANT — Mt. Pleasant Golf and County Club played host to a six-team tournament on Friday as the Panther girls hosted their home meet. Mt. Pleasant scored 456 overall, tying with Muscatine for third place.
Elli Liechty led the Panthers with a fourth-place finish, shooting 96 on the day. Sami Wibben was close behind, taking sixth place with a final shot total of 104.
Iowa City Liberty won the meet, scoring 350 overall.
