Mt. Pleasant girls' track wins Centerville meet

For the 13th consecutive year, the Mt. Pleasant girls' track team won the Centerville Redette Relays on Friday, April 8. The Panthers won the meet decisively over Davis County (Bloomfield), 164-101.

The Panthers won 12 events, including 11 of the 15 running events as Rebekah Kimzey and Kaitlin Jones were a part of four winning events with Jones winning the 400 meter hurdles in 68.6 seconds.

Mt. Pleasant travels to Fort Madison today for the Pen City Relays, starting at 5 p.m.
