Mt. Pleasant looks for 2-0 start with win over West Burlington
Panthers hoping for redemption against Falcons

Mt. Pleasant picked up its first win of the season last week in a 13-12 overtime victory over rival Fairfield.
This week the Panthers are back at it against West Burlington at home.
Mt. Pleasant will be looking to end a two game losing streak against West Burlington, with the latest loss coming last season 47-28.
The Panthers are looking solid in the early season will try to keep last weeks momentum going.
West Burlington comes into the matchup off a dominant 48-6 victory over Wapello in its first game of the season.
Last week it was a defensive battle for the Panthers.
Zach Newton threw for 39 yards to lead the Panthers, while Cooper Coleman rushed for 56 yards. Payton Walker led the way receiving, posting 34 yards on two catches. He also had 37 yards rushing.
The Panthers will need both sides of the ball to click in this one.
West Burlington threw just two times in last weeks win, but Quincy Collins rush just seven times for a whopping 208 yards and three touchdowns.
Landry Haberichter added 95 yards on the ground and two scores.
