Mt. Pleasant ‘Meet the Panthers’ in pictures

Panthers hold annual event to show off this years winter sports teams

MT. PLEASANT — Mt. Pleasant held its annual winter ‘Meet the Panther’ celebration on Thursday night to give fans a look at the upcoming sports season.

Panther sports teams of basketball, wrestling, bowling, cheer and the Panther dance team were each represented at the event.

Teams entered the gymnasium and stood in-front of a packed crowd as they individually had their names called. Following the reading of all the team rosters and a the Panther basketball teams scrimmaged.

The Mt. Pleasant boys junior varsity kicked things off, followed by the varsity girls and ending the evening was the varsity boys.
