New London girls? golf defeats Van Buren
KEOSAUQUA ? The New London girls? golf team defeated the Van Buren girls handily in a dual meet on Tuesday, 190-235.
New London?s Roni Delaney was the medalist with a score of 42, and teammate Jorgi Krieger claimed the title of runner-up medalist for her score of 46 on the par-37 course.
Baylee Lindell shot a 49 for the Tigers, and Breanna Stevens had a 53 to round out the team scoring.

Lynsey White and Ashlynn Brown also golfed for New London, with White shooting a 65 and Brown scoring 68.
The Van Buren girls were led by Payten Hughes? 49. She was followed by Meredith Miller, 55; Lydia Heald, 65; and Monica Chapuis, 66, for the team score.
Also golfing for Van Buren was Jenna Sandry, who scored a 75.
The Tigers will be back on the golf course on Monday when they host Columbus at Deerwood golf course in New London, starting at 4 p.m.
