No game for New London

NEW LONDON - The New London football team had an impromtu bye on Friday night, as scheduled opponent Tri-County couldn't make the trip down.
The Trojans, who had to quit the game at halftime last week against WACO, had too many injuries to properly field a team to take down south. As a result, the game was a cancelation.
The Tigers will go into their final game of the year with a 4-1 record. New London will play Twin Cedars, who has yet to win a game this season.
