The Henry County Sheriff?s Office is investigating a vandalism case in the 2200 grid of 290th Street.An investigation by deputies revealed that sometime between Oct. 6 and Oct. 11, someone cut the wrap and twine from a row of 10 round hay bales. A damage estimate is not known at this time.Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact the sheriff?s office at 319-385-2712.

A kitchen stove was cited as the cause of a fire that spread throughout a trailer, causing major damage.The fire occurred on Thursday, Oct. 8, at the Green Valley Trailer Court, in Mt.
