The Fairfield High School football camp got underway at the FHS practice field Tuesday evening. Players were introduced to position drills for linemen, linebackers and defensive backs (pictured) as part of the camp that will be in session each night this week through Friday. Official practice will begin Monday as head coach Mike Schenck prepares the Trojans for their season opener at Davis County Aug. 26.

Fairfield Middle School football players work on their spread option offense at football camp this morning. The middle school session is underway at 10 a.m. Monday through Thursday this week as players and coaches deal with soaring temperatures that were reported as 97 degrees before noon today.
