Although it was reported at Wednesday night?s city council meeting that the frontage road, running parallel to Grand Avenue, had been poured with the exception of one small section, it appears that the small portion?s size is in the eyes of the beholder. The road has been poured by the motels, but there is still more work progressing southward.
