A pair of Iowa Wesleyan soccer players can now say they are All-Conference athletes, as the Continental Conference’s All-Conference soccer teams were released last week, and the Tigers have two names on the list.
On the women’s side, freshman Jaycee Page was named second team All-SEC. For the men, Richard Arch, another freshman, made the second team as well.
Page earned her second-team nomination after having four goals and one assist this year. She started all 16 games for the Tiger women, who just narrowly missed out on the CAC tournament.
Arch played in 16 games for the Tiger men. He scored six goals on the year on just 16 shots on goal. He finished the year with a .615 shooting percentage.
Arch is a one-time CAC men’s soccer Offensive Player-of-the-Week. He earned that honor after scoring four goals in one week, including a game-winner against the Univeristy of Health Sciences and Pharmacy.
