Mt. Pleasant finishes season with 4-18 record

OSKALOOSA — The Mt. Pleasant girls basketball team ended its 2025-26 campaign at Oskaloosa last week in the Class 4A Region 4 opener.
The Panthers led early, but faltered for the second time this year in Osky, which advanced the Indians to the regional semifinal game.
Paityn Ensminger scored 10 points for Mt. Pleasant to lead the team.
Oskaloosa advanced on to play top-seeded Clear Creek-Amana. The Clippers not only knocked off the Indiansn, but won the regional final game a few days later.
The Panthers finished the year 4-18, getting non-conference wins over Holy Trinity Catholic, New London, Notre Dame and West Burlington.
