Panthers get the best of Keokuk, Ft. Madison
The Mt. Pleasant seventh grade boys? basketball ?A? team defeated Keokuk in its first game of the year and improved to 2-0 with a win over Ft. Madison last night.
The Panthers? A team ran away with a 60-28 win in their season opener, and Jordan Magnani led the scoring with 17 points.

The Mt. Pleasant seventh grade boys? basketball ?A? team defeated Keokuk in its first game of the year and improved to 2-0 with a win over Ft. Madison last night.
The Panthers? A team ran away with a 60-28 win in their season opener, and Jordan Magnani led the scoring with 17 points.

The ?C? team finished in a tie with Keokuk, led by Cole Smith with six points.
Last night the Panthers defeated Ft. Madison in the A game, 44-20.
Mulford lead all scorers with 14 points and Brady Sartorius had nine.
The B and C teams combined due to lack of players from Ft. Madison, and the Bloodhounds managed a win in that contest, 24-20.
The next competition for the Panthers is Thursday night at Keokuk. The game starts at 4:30 p.m.
