Pekin girls win again
The Pekin girls? basketball team beat WACO 62-45 Tuesday night to continue its unblemished season.
Emily Ellis poured in 20 points with four three-pointers. Leslie Stone had 16 points and Cheyann Lankford added 12. Stone added to her all-around performance with 10 rebounds, two assists and two blocks.
The Panthers (2-0, 2-0) travel to IMS for another conference match-up Friday.
