Pekin's conference meet suspended, to resume Monday
WINFIELD ? The Southeast Iowa Superconference meet at Winfield-Mount Union was suspended midway through events due to lightning Thursday.
Both the Pekin boys? and girls? track teams were in attendance.
The meet will resume at 4:30 p.m. Monday beginning with the girls? sprint medley relay. The other six events on tap are the 4x100 and 4x400 for both girls and boys, as well as the girls? 1,500 and boys? 800-meter ...
