Pekin’s Millikin, Pope win at Solon track meet

SOLON — Pekin competed in the Denny Gruber Coed Relays Saturday, and the boys finished tied for seventh with Regina with 26 points. The Panther girls scored 57 points to place fourth.
Brady Millikin was the lone winner for the boys with a 4 minutes, 42.49 second time in the 1600 meters.
Kerrigan Pope threw the discus 119 feet, 7 inches to win that event.
