From the coach
“I see a lot of DNH in us and a lot of us in DNH. Both teams are really physical up front and impose their will on the other team. Both teams stay the course and have faith in their ability to start opening up the game in the second half with their physicality breaking the opponents will.
"We will have to take care of the ball, sustain drives without penalties and find ways to score. Defensively we have to get stops on third down and force them to punt. They are a really technically sound football team that does not make a lot of mistakes. We must play on high alert for four quarters. I do believe that we have to continue to get points out of our special teams and whoever can win that battle I believe will win the game.
“Dike is so fundamentally sound, physical up front and block really well. We've got to be really sound up in our front seven and not get caught up with our back four eyeing the run because they will hit you with play-action pass. Defensively their front four are really aggressive. We've got to secure our down blocks and get solid traps to open up holes. Their aggressiveness up front can open up great trap angles for us.
“I think last year's playoff run gives us an edge. The majority of this team has been in this position before and doesn’t feel the pressure of these big games. This will be a great football game with two great high school programs.”— Jared Jensen

From the coach
“Offensively, SK has an outstanding running game. I expect them to continue to run the football. Their offense is unique and we will have to be well-prepared to try to slow it down. We have to slowdown SK's running game.
“Defensively, they are aggressive and run to the ball well. They appear to be a very well-coached team. This should be a great ballgame.”— Don Betts
