Raiders drop Golden Hawks

WILLIAMSBURG - In a battle for supremacy in Class 2A District 6 Friday, Mid-Prairie lost on the road to Williamsburg 28-6.
Both teams are now 3-3 overall, but the Raiders are 2-0 in the district and the Golden Hawks are 1-1.
Sophomore Justice Jones led the Golden Hawks on defense with six solo tackles and five assists. Keegan Gingerich had seven total tackles.
Mid-Prairie's Brad Tornow went 10 for 25 passing for 141 yards with a touchdown pass to Jack Baker, but two interceptions.
Kayden Reinier had 17 rushes for 37 yards.
Mid-Prairie plays at Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont Friday.
