Ray Carter memorial tour update
The Ray Carter Memorial Cancer Tour traveled to Pleasant Valley Golf Course on July 7.
Tying for the crown were Craig Conklin, Keith Lazar and Randy Poos, who each shot a net score of 65 with a handicap.
Larry Guy took fourth place with a 67, while Bob Shelman, Tim Trotman and Jim Lloyd each shot a 69 to finish in a tie for fifth place.

The Ray Carter Memorial Cancer Tour traveled to Pleasant Valley Golf Course on July 7.
Tying for the crown were Craig Conklin, Keith Lazar and Randy Poos, who each shot a net score of 65 with a handicap.
Larry Guy took fourth place with a 67, while Bob Shelman, Tim Trotman and Jim Lloyd each shot a 69 to finish in a tie for fifth place.
After going to Pleasant Valley Golf Course, the Tour took a trip to Muscatine on July 21 for the next stop.
Forty-two golfers participated in the event and Gene Driscoll and Maynard Goff tied for first place with a net score of 67.
In a third-place tie, Tom Bollman, Francis Johnston and Ed Weeks each shot 68, while Mark Thode, Larry Bartlett and Doug Dunlap shot 72s in a fifth-place tie.
Dave Sorrell and Bob Shelman rounded out the leaderboard in an eighth-place tie with a 73.
