Senior quarterback Mark Ward threw two touchdown passes and ran for another score to lead top-ranked Iowa City Regina to a 49-7 win over Sigourney-Keota on Friday night.

Junior quarterback Luke Lyle?s 10-yard touchdown run was the only score for the Savage Cobras (4-5, 3-3 District 6), who totaled just 109 yards of total offense.
Sigourney-Keota will travel to No. 10 Maquoketa Valley (8-1) on Wednesday night for the first round of the Class 1A playoffs.
