Schmidt leads Comet wrestlers
SULLY ? Cardinal?s Sam Schmidt rolled to the 220-pound championship match and a second-place finish at a wrestling tournament in Lynnville-Sully on Saturday.
Schmidt was joined on the podium by teammates Ryan Cale (113) and Josh Ramos (170), both of whom finished third.
The Comets wrap up 2012 with a double-dual at Eddyville-Blakesburg Tuesday.
