There were 14 Union coverage area names on the 2020-21 Southeast Conference boys basketball All Academic list, which was released last week. The list is for upper classmen who excel in the classroom, so only seniors and juniors are eligible for the award.
Washington had six of those 14 names. Five junior Demons were honored, along with one senior.
Fairfield and Mt. Pleasant were each honored with four names. The Trojans placed two seniors and two juniors on the list, and Mt. Pleasant had a quartet of seniors.
