Although the volleyball season has ended, a season of history continued for WACO and Winfield-Mount Union when the Southeast Iowa Super Conference named its All-Division teams for the 2020 volleyball season.
The league named W-MU's Jenna Buffington as the Player of the Year in the North Division. She was joined in the great honmor by her coach as David Pieart was selected Coach of the Year.
WACO's record-setting season saw Morgan Graber, Grace Coble and Aubri Garnsey selected to the South Division first team.
The South Division Player and Coach of the Year had the two selections from the same team as well with West Burlington's Sydney Marlow and Tom Ferguson. The New London Tigers did not have a first team South selection, yet they were the only conference team in the state tournament. There are three Tiger second teamers and two honorable mentions.
Van Buren's Isabel Manning also garnered a place on the first team.
In the North, Columbus enjoyed some postseason success and it continued with Olivia Carrier and Emma Milder named to the first team.
The W-MU Wolves were ravenous with first team selections as Jami Wilkerson, Kyndal Townsely and Melina Oepping joined Buffington and Pieart as first team picks. Four more made the second team.
