The Iowa girls rankings preseason soccer rankings were released Monday by the Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union and the boys were released by the Iowa High School Soccer Coaches Association.
In the girls Class 2A rankings, Southeast Conference member Mt. Pleasant was slotted at 13 while Southeast Iowa Super Conference team Notre Dame-West Burlington/Danville was ninth.
In the Boys Class 1A rankings, Iowa Mennonite School was tied for fifth. River Valley Conference member Iowa City Regina was first. Mid-Prairie received votes as did Fairfield, but in 2A.
