Southeast Conference names all-league teams

The Washington High School softball team had three players named to the Southeast Conference First Team.
Conference champions Fairfield had four players named as did second-place Mt. Pleasant.
The conference released its selections last week.
ALL-SOUTHEAST CONFERENCE
First team
Fairfield - Hannah Simpson, Shaylin Drish, Coty Engle, Allison Rebling. Mount Pleasant - Syndi Coleman, Anni Leichty, Samantha Broeker, Trinity Krabill. Washington - Kellie Dallmeyer, Alexa Mitchell, Molly Sparks. Fort Madison - Olivia Williams, Cassie Powers.
Player of the year - Sydni Coleman (Mount Pleasant).
Second team
Washington - Haylee Wilson, Kinsey Duwa, Kaitlyn Mitchell. Fairfield - Peyton McCabe, Destiny Gridley. Mount Pleasant - Makayla Cam. Fort Madison - Vanessa Golowach, Kaitlyn Dennis. Keokuk - Abby Arrowood, Abby Thompson.
Honorable mention
Washington - Cara Linnenkamp. Fort Madison - Allison Helmick, Maycee Featheringill. Keokuk - Gracie Koeber, Erika Kruse. Mount Pleasant - Ava Lowery, Lyndi Vantiger. Fairfield - Jenna Noris, Delaney Breen.
